   Set up in two steps

   Write the prompt, then copy one prompt into your assistant. It asks how often and when, sets up the scheduled job, notes the schedule in Apricot and runs it once, so you see a result straight away. In Claude, scheduled tasks are made in Cowork.

   Your assistant keeps the schedule, so each automation's page shows when it says it runs beside what its runs actually show - and says Running late if one doesn't come. Pause one in Apricot and it won't run, even if the schedule fires.

   Share results with your People

   Ask people from your People to get an automation's results too - 2 on Free, 5 on Pro, 15 on Max. Nothing is sent until they say yes, and they can unsubscribe from any email.

   The foot of the panel now shows your assistant: Active today, when it was last used, or Connect your assistant. Click it for a few things worth asking right now, or to remove an assistant you've disconnected.

   A shared list now gets a dot in the panel when someone else has changed it since you last looked, and Activity includes your automations: new results, and who's said yes.

   Access

   We've added Access so you can choose what each person on your lists can do: Full access, No deleting, Can comment or View only. Open it from your account menu, or from a list's settings.

   Limits for assistants

   You can now choose what Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants can do for you, such as adding and editing but not deleting. On your own lists, you can limit other people's assistants too.

   In progress

   We've added an In progress status so everyone on a list can see who's working on what. Mark a task in progress from its menu.

   Lists in order

   Not every list needs dates, so you can now put tasks in the order they need doing. In the list's settings, choose Order, then Custom order. Drag tasks, or use Move in list in a task's menu.

   You can now undo changes from Activity for up to 30 days, including ones your assistant made. Each change shows which assistant made it.

   We now keep deleted tasks for 30 days, so you can bring one back from Activity, with its comments and files.

   Two-factor sign-in

   We've added two-factor sign-in to make your account more secure. Turn it on in your profile. After the emailed code, you'll enter a code from an authenticator app. Backup codes are included.

   Staying signed in

   We've made sign-in less of a chore. You now stay signed in while you use Apricot, for up to 90 days. After 10 days away, you'll need to sign in again.

   Apricot is now listed in Claude's connector directory, so adding it to Claude takes one click. Choose Add to Claude in your profile, or find Apricot in Claude's connectors.

   Passwords on read-only links

   Put a password on a list's read-only link from Share. Visitors type it before they see anything, even the list's name, and their browser remembers it for 30 days. Change the password and everyone has to type the new one.

   On a read-only link, completed tasks now sit folded at the bottom, so what's still to do comes first.

   Tidier on a phone

   A shared list's controls now fit on one row, with its settings behind a gear. The top bar comes back as soon as you scroll up, and renaming a list gives the name the whole row.

   Bigger files

   Each file can now be up to 10 MB on Pro and Max, and 5 MB on Free. Your plan's storage in all is the same.

   Apricot now emails you when you subscribe, change plan or cancel, with what you have now.
